logo for your custom towel. |

will review your request. Weaving a image into a terry
towel has its technical limitations. We need to evaluate
the feasibility of manufacturing a particular design. |

We
will send you via e-mail a quotation including a picture
of our proposed design within 5 working days. |
| Approval
/ Order |
|
After
approval of the design and a firm order we will schedule
your custom designed terry towel for production and
will confirm with you our delivery schedule. |
| Terms |
|
60% down payment is required to secure
an order. The remaining 40%
plus shipping charges are due net 10 days from the order
ship date. |
|
Payment
can be made via MC, Visa (online) or check. If you decide
to pay with check, production of the order will not
start until we receive the check. |
| Return
Policy |
|
Unfortunately
we are not able to exchange or except returns of custom
orders, unless the merchandise is damaged. |
|
Merchandise
damaged during production or shipping can be returned
within 30 days from the date of the order shipment after
inquiring an RA number from CPI.
